Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment: Students are enrolling for a full term. We start in August and end in June.

2. Attendance: Regular attendance is required for optimal progress. Missed classes due to illness is acceptable. 

3. Dress Code: Students must adhere to the schools dress code. Proper dance attire allows instructors to correct alignment and positioning.

4.Conuct: Respect for teachers, staff and fellow students is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior from student or parent could result in dismissal from the Kay Diamond program.

5. Liability: The school is not responsible for personal injuries or loss of, or damage to personal property.

6. Performances: Participation in performances is optional except for our competition teams. Additional costs for costumes and tickets may apply.

7. Photo & Video: The school reserves the right to use photos or video footage of the students for promotional purposes.

8. Tuition is paid on a Prepay basics. Classes are not paid for weekly. Classes do NOT go off of how many classes the child attends. Tuition is due by the 5th of every month in full unless student has a tuition over the amount of $100. If student has a tuition over the amount of $100 then that tuition can be split into two payments. 1st payment due by the 5th and second half due by the 10th.
